what is the proper measurement for the above on an MK. David

I suggest you try MK for that information. If there is some reason why you don't want to, then start with 1 degree negative camber and 5 degrees
of caster.

I agree, start with 5 degrees, although I found that 5 degrees of castor wasn't enough to give enough self centring. Mine has 6.5 degrees now

I degree of camber is about right for the road - a little more for the track
