MT75 gear knob

Hi all,

The bloody rubber gear knob on my MT75 has just split in half, does anyone one here have a good one I could buy to replace mine?

Cheers,

Po.

Are these getting rare then?

Anyone suggest a good after market alternative.

Get a snooker / pool ball of Ebay for about £3. Drill Hole and fit to lever with Hot melt glue. (Heat gearlever and put glue on lever not in the hole in the ball, or it gets too cold and sets when it hits the cold steel of the lever - Guess how I know that!)

Mine has done 6k+ miles and going into its 5th year, and is as solid as ever.
Cheap, cheerful, and different.

Why pay £20+ for a glitzy item from a car boutique??

Thanks for the reply,

I think I have it sorted now, got a new genuine one off ebay for £15.

Haven't tried it yet but should be good.

Cheers,

Po.
