ZX12 electrics

Bonjour one and all.

Newbie in town. Been a frequent visitor to the forum for some time now, but this is my first....car related posting.

Just wondered; as i have been busy in the garage building my Spire GTR i've got the point of doing the electrics. As this is my first build, i've realised i really don't have clue when it comes to this topic.

Does anyone know of anyone who is a bit of a dab hand at installing, making up of looms etc etc and all that good stuff that may be able to advise or help in this part of my build.

I have spent my life savings (well it feels like it) on this, and i want to get it right first time.

Whilst i want to do it all myself, any advice, pointers, help, contacts etc all welcome.

Cheers

Ah, Mr Ed - didn't know you were a poster on here ..

Come on down and spend a morning with a notepad looking through mine if you wish. Not saying that mine is the best way of doing it, but it seams to be working so far. Ive also got that book on automotive wiring that your welcome to borrow.

Cheers
Tris

900Rush
The directory links containing the .txt & .pdf files, are these specific to the 'B' model engines? I have an A1 2001 engine. Are the principle the same?
thanks

I also have a copy of the Service Manual for the 2000-2003 bike. Not quite as good but not that bad either.

Kawasaki UK customer service are pretty good. If you give them a call with your engine number, they'll get a wiring diagram posted out to you. At least they used to.....
