Type 9 bearings how to change them
I have asked this before but I can't find the post the search function seams to be on the blink again.
Which bearings do I need to mount the type 9 to the black top zetec when using zetec flywheel and clutch
Thanks in advance guys

You can just hook them out but another trick is to find an old input shaft or steel rod the same diameter, pack the bearing hole with grease push rod
in this should make the grease get behind the spigot bearing and push it out.
If you get really stuck, chisel the inner bearing face until nearly through, it should break out.
Another thought.... A rawl bolt, these expand as you tighten, then pull out with a puller.
