misfiring zx9r

Hi guys i have a bad misfire in my mk zx9r.car just does not want to rev.i am thinking dirty carbs?any susgestions?
Also the car came with a klicktronic electric shifter which is not yet fitted.anyone fitted one of these and if so is it worth the bother??

Your first port of call is look at the plugs, they will give a good clue to any fuel problems.
