I think if you are in any of the MSA classes it is 2 litre for an engine under 2 litres or if engine is over 2 litres have a 3 litre catch tank.

yes regs says min 2ltr, all sorts of containers are used , including old tin cans. Don't make the mistake like I did by getting a 1ltr from OPD. Great bit of kit but being small allows to much pressure buildup
