I honestly believe the best way of reducing death / accidents / speeding etc... is to remove all of the air bags, all of the seat belts, all of the
SRS pre-tensioners etc... on the steering wheel have a 8 inch stainless steel spike that is REALLY pointy and sharp.
That should slow everybody down!

Yes.........but she tends to pad them in the cold weather as they go a bit pointy
