How much LSD additive to add when changing diff oil?

Changing the oil from my LSD English axel.
Got the oil and LSD additive and Sython pump kit to drain.

How much LSD additive to add to the oil ?

is of best to mix it then refill or poor in one at a time ?

I'm guessing the diff will hold just over a litre of oil.

i just bought a diff oil that was meant for plate diffs.

i think this was the one, http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-60255-millers-oils-crx-ls-80w-90-competition-semi-synthetic-transmission-oil.aspx
