Anyone had any experience of this? Quality, ease of construction etc.

There's a write up in the new issue of CKC, I think. Haven't read it yet.
Not a replica but an 'homage'.
Not sure whether I like the door treatment and will cry out for turbo/superchager to give performance to match impression of the looks.
IMHO, of course

Like it bar the slightly naff looking tail pipes.

Possibly more appealing due to the lac of IVA (I assume) though.

Look closely! It's a Mini Marcos.
Except this time stuck onto a pore helpless Mazda. Crap in 1969 but revived... again.

They are quite cunning photos - if you see a full side on view of one it doesn't look right at all..........

An MX5 with a standard hard top look miles better IMHO. Unless it makes the car much lighter I don't see the point.

I have to say, for what is it, it looks really quite nice to me.

That said, it can but be heavier than the original, so i would question its performance and handling. Although thats not what everyone buys a kitcar for i guess.

Isint strange how we all see that car, as i think it looks really good, in red, but white and blue yuk

I would buy one!

The side on view of the red one, with those wheels, is right about what i would want to do with it

I suppose it would look better to you, if it had a Bike Engine in it
