Best Racing Colour Scheme???

The old dog's past its best now so I'll be painting it for next season. At the moment it's got orange wings, nose cone and scuttle and the rest is black. It looks quite dated and tired now and needs updating.

I'm torn between metallic blue with a silver stripe, black with a silver stripe or black all over.

What do you think? Any other suggestions?

I suppose it depends on whether you want to be noticed wherever you are on the track !! And how much you want to be noticed

I would suggest something that stands out sufficiently so that your mates who will be videoing you/taking photos/holding out pitboards can actually work out which one you are! At the moment you look too much like me!

I have a mate who did his Westfield in Dynorod pink - awesome!

Your car is easy to distinguish from mine as yours is always 10 places in front!!!

I was thinking of Black with a silver stripe.

Looking forward to Snetterton now!!!

COLOURS

having watched some races in appalling weather I would suggest some light colours for other drivers to see. My car for next season is red wheel arches & scuttle with hand painted bright yellow enamel every where else, only because it was cheap. well it is locost. my grandson says it looks like Noddy`s car
