Thats great the news has just announced who has won and its not on bbc until 10pm tonight
It was ITV though

The BBC quite often do that as well. On race day I try to avoid all media until I've seen the race.

I heard that the bbc 1 announcer said "over on bbc2 now the highlights of todays bahrain gp, where (name) won from (position)"

Just finished watching it. I was booting up the pc at the same time so as the start screen opened there was the 'news' tile announcing
' ****** wins epic race' - bloody windows 8, and their fancy start screen!!
Still watched the race, and actually enjoyed it. No shortage of action, but highlights programme is better then watching the full race - as long as
you manage to avoid seeing or hearing the results.
