The new rainlight rule

Somebody mentioned on the Yahoo groups that they have scrapped the new 'always on' rule does anybody know if this has been confirmed?

Yes it has the msa won't let the 750mc introduce the rule because the rain lights apparantly are not FIA approved!!!
