Too much noise

Hi all,

I've done a trackday WE at Zolder in Belgium.
The maximum noise level was 95 dba.
I've a 2.O Zetec engine, with a cat in the exhaust.
I've had during this WE two times a black flag for my noise level.
On saturday two times, 95,6 dba and on sunday 95,8 dba.
I'm running a standard tiger exhaust.
What would be the best way to get this noise level beneath this 95 dba maximum?

It's very close. I think a coke can baffle is the usual way of bodging it!!! Otherwise how old is your exhaust can? It might need repacking if its done a few miles.....

It has done 2000 miles.
I was thinking to get an exhaust where it's possible to change the filling.
Where would be the best place to get such an exhaust?
