Well the PO's track and trace says that VOSA have my application. Fortunately I found out about the address change via this forum.

Check with them by phone. (01792 454225) I sent some more information that they required and the tracking system said it had been signed for at VOSA, the PO's system said it had been delivered from the Swansea PO but they hadnt got it in the SVA office and if it isnt processed by the week end its IVA for you!!!
i checked with them on tuesday and they guy there said as long as there is proof of reciept before end of feb then you still get into SVA.
Unfortunately the track and trace on mine still doesnt say delivered getting really woried now.
