IVA VOSA CONTACT

Rather than getting passed from pillar to post I would suggest that any issues are brought to the attention of the man in charge by email to, kassra.hammed@vosa.gov.uk
My concerns re fees have been looked at by this person. They havnt confirmed a fee yet but have said it may come down from the original quote of £540 by £60-70. Good news then! Well hopefully. Remember the test applicable to kits is BIVA, the latest draft manual (3.2) is on my site www.mevltd.co.uk inc the application form. Regards Stiggy

That is an old version of the manual. MEV do have the latest on their site but people would be better off going d irect to the horse's mouth where the latest version will always be found rather than to third-party sites who may or may not be up to date.

There is a sticky thread at the top of the SVA forum with this link in.

Stiggy, you should thake the old V3 off your site - it will only lead to more people saying 'how to I cover my exposed exhaust' when they don't need to

Thanx Matt, hadn't noticed that draft 3 and 3.2 are on my site. Obviously 3.2 is the latest. It will be updated just as soon as a new one is available to the trade.
Great news on the probable fee reduction, fingers crossed on that one.

They were probably struggling to justify the more than doubled price. The test is aparently going to be 8 hrs long rather than the 4 for SVA so i recon the IVA price will just be twice the current SVA, whatever that is
