Where to send my V55.5 form

Hi All,
I.m in Southampton, looking at the paperwork, I have 2 options for the DVLA, either Portsmouth or Bournemouth.
Which one is best, their about the same distance for me, so I'm looking for the least hassle.
Does anyone have any experiance with either ?
