Just filling in the paperwork :-)

As you may or may not know I'm fitting a Vauxhall engine into my Avon, and spookily enough my Sierra V5 just so happens to have the Vx engine number on it ;-) but when I fill in the make of component should I put Vauxhall? And put the Sierra reg number? Won't that look stupid?

loads of cars use engines from other manufacturers. shouldnt look stupid but im not familiar with the form you are filling in so im not sure if its the right thing to do or not.
