I'm going to be transporting my Indy on a trailer.
I've just called my insurers (Adrian S Flux) they have just told me that the car is not covered in the Kit Car insurance when it's on the
trailer.
What have you done?
Cheers
Ian
asked Adrian Flux for transit insurance cost me about £15 when to went for SVA no.1 on a trailer.
Interesting, they just told me they could not insure it, I'll give them a call back!

Your tintop insurance should provide you third-party liability when towing (best to double-check though). If someone drives into you and fecks your
car, then their insurance covers it. The only thing that isn't covered as standard is that if you crash and it breaks the car on your
trailer.
I figure that I'm driving slower and more carefully when towing and so I'm less likely to be at fault in an accident bad enough to damage
the car on the trailer, so I'm happy that the third-party cover is sufficient.
Drive it?
Bit of a slog, Edinburgh to Oxford!

I asked sureterm the same question when i insured mine. That was a criteria of mine so it was covered to and from sva. They said it is. Even tough
your not driving it it still an accident on the road.
Dont rely on your tow car insurance to cover it theyl wriggle out of paying up.
The tow car provides the insurance for anything being towed.
just drive it or give it to me and i will drive it for ya
