Will I get my MAC certificate back now it's been sent off to DVLA or will I get a V5 in its place?
Oh and has anyone got their receipts back from VOSA or DVLA when they were sent off because I haven't.

no you won't get you MAC returned.
Get a photocopy if you want it for you records.
DVLA will give you your receipts back, but you must ask for them

Bugger. Worked hard for that MAC. Would've been nice in a frame
DVLA only had copy receipts, VOSA took the originals. I will try and ring hem tomorrow, thanks.

Yea I know what you mean about the MAC
You do all that work to get it, then the DVLA takes it away from you.
Thats why I got a photocopy.

I thiught it was the DVLA that wanted the original receipts and VOSA just wanted copies.
Either way you should be able to get them back.

They are no use to them and would probably go in the bin anyway

Yep, I should be on the road soon Chris. You'll know when because it'll start raining! I've just a small leak to sort somewhere first. Gav's re test is at the end of the month too so he shouldn't be far behind.

I scanned mine so I had a copy.
Totally understand what you mean, work hard to get the MAC then the DVLA just file it away (or even shred it after copying ).... Nooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!

I was cheeky I asked the bloke at VOSA to do me a copy of my MAC because we were going to try birmingham DVLA straight away as they were across the road. And he did in colour
