I've just got my V5c back from the DVLA and i notice under special notes it says "Manufactured date unknown" Is this standard practice for kit cars? I'm concerned i may have trouble taxing it without an MOT for the next three years!

Mine says manufactured in 1980, which it wasn't, i just fill in a self declaration of tax exeption for the first 3 years
