Hi all, when applying for the IVA what forms do you need to fill in, i have already filled the IVA(VOSA 753) is there any more that i need to fill in. cheers dunk

as far as i am aware you will need to fill out an amateur built declaration form. its on the site with the iva form.
no doubt someone will come along and post a link soon.
