Fog Light Switch

Does the fog light switch have to:-
A) Illuminate

and

B)have the fog light symbol on the button?

No and no. There must be a red warning light displaying the correct symbol on the illuminated surface when the light is on. The switches should all be marned with the use.

fit a foglight switch with a light in it....

I have bright 6 and an illuminating foglight rocker - how about this offering from CBS?

It's a yellow, not red light for the rear foglight (green if you have front fogs).

Which interestingly means the CBS switch isn't compliant for IVA (Section 33, Table A) without a separate tell-tale.

I bought mine from CBS, but it was an orange light - see pic.
