hi,
i am currently building a locost style kit and have a couple of IVA questions.
1. I have a floor mounted pedal box for brake & clutch. Is it ok to bolt this to the floor as I want to be able to easily remove it if needs be.
Or does it need to be permanently fixed?
2. The fuel pipes I have running under the car are steel pipes. One of the pipes is about 4 inches too short to run the length of the car. Would it be
deemed unsafe if I put steel braided rubber hose for that last 4 inches or do i need a whole new pipe?
Thanks all.
Hi
My pedal box is floor mounted and is bolted in so can be removed if need be,
Shouldnt be a problem for Iva
Not sure about the brake pipe tho
"The fuel pipesrunning under the car are steel pipes" I understood this was a no no. worth checking tho. Most people run fuel pipes down one side of the tranmission tunnel.
