Just a quick note to let you know that my MK passed its IVA and the reg is now ordered. Thank you for all your help, tips and advice, I couldn't
have done it without you.
Thanks again
Rob
Well done mate,
Well done mate,

Cheers fellas
Can't wait to take the first trip.
Any suggestions that could save me points??????!!!
Just remember and give yourself plenty of time to learn the car. The roads atm are very slippy and you don't want to stick your pride and joy
into a hedge.
BTW Well done on Passing you IVA
Scott
Thanks Scot
I was waiting for someone to tell me not to speed after I read the above back!
Think I will be taking in slow as the little drive around the test centre only emphasised how different the car is to anything I have ever driven
before.
Got to get used to the paddle shift and sitting at the rear of the car not to mention the height and speed.
Congrats, but why is this in the forsale section?
Because I am excited and made a triping error.
Apologies
Nice one and hopefully the weather's looking up.
Best advice - keep a light right foot.
Also be aware that being rear wheel drive they power-oversteer at the drop of a hat (completely diffferent driving to FWD).
Enjoy.
Cheers, Pewe.
What??? v v

Think this will work but not sure!!
Plenty more photos and a narrated build diary if anyone is interested. Just got to finish the last couple of weeks off then the build diary, price
info, contact details etc etc is all done.
Rob
Looks pretty nice chap

Well worth it if you don't want to put it in a hedge.
Looks like a good idea to me. The mrs bought me £200 of trackday vouchers for my Birthday so I am thinking of two half days at Silverstone.
Any airfield track days near Tamworth (West Midlands) that you can recommend?
Well done!!
Just keep it safe for a while
Great colour btw.
Rob
Nice colour yourself there Rob, Just noticed you are located in Bromsgrove (Mrs lives in Kiddi). Any nice roads with a good food pub near by that you would recommend??

Well done Rob, probably just in time for summer
Cheers

Well done Rob - I've just been trying to track your progress (I'm about to take mine for its retest after fettling the fail bits) - you
collected your kit in Aug '08 - (I got mine in oct 08) - pretty much taken as long as mine - did you pass first time or what have you had to do
to sort it?
Nosy sort, me!
Well done on passing the IVA!
As for driver training, Don Palmer and all the lads at Cadence all come with very high personal recommendations, imo you wont get better driver
training than you will get from them!

Yes some good roads in Worcestershire.
The road between Kiddi and Bromsgrove is not bad with some good pubs in Chaddersley Corbet.
maybe meet there when the weathers warmer?
Rob
If you go out in this weather (and let's face it, you will be out the second you get plates done), wear all of the clothes you own Don't
underestimate just how cold you will get.
Still fun though
