In my experience MoT testers are usually glad to see something different - not that they'll pass a fail because of that, just makes for a change I guess.

chances are they will want a test drive, to check the brakes...yeah yeah you just have a little spin if you want

Thanks Jacko, but this is prebooked, so i don't see any problems, plus i'll be taxing it the same day anyway.
