Hi where can i get hard copy IVA forms from? and is the £450 test cost + VAT or any other hidden little extras before registration, tax and insurance.

Its including VAT, cost me £186 to register with 6 months tax.

It doesn't actually include VAT, but there is no VAT to pay as it is a government charge anyway.
