After much umming and arring, I decided to get DVLA to issue a VIN to minimize 'issues' later on. I went into DVLA in Bristol on Friday and booked the car in for it's inspection. My inspection is Tue 15th, they said they can issue me a VIN there and then.

Once i get that then it's time to submit the forms for the test!

Just a shame I wasn't a month early, I might have made Stoneleigh in the Locost instead of the tintop
