I cant open your link

but there looks to be enough information to get you through in there. I have a copy of that from a link which was removed earlier in the year. A lot of it isn't relevant to Locost type vehicles but the bits you need like lighting andseat belts etc. are in there.

I used this version and it seamed to have everything I neaded to refer to, as Pete says its the light positions etc that you need.
