Why oh why do Maidestone DVLA want me to write to the office manager so i can get a Chassis Number The probability of them actually replying are, I'd imagine, quite low!


Anyone else had this problem ? Why can't i just talk to someone over the phone

hi mate,

i had this at Ipswich. I phoned up first requesting a vin no and was told i had to put the request into writting. A couple of days later i had a phone call back so the guy could discuss it over the phone!!!!!

The guy a Ipswich has been real helpfull i must add, Their system just seems a little strange!
