Could I pass the Iva with just the paddle shift gear change or do I have to have a stick shift aswell for a back up ?
As I would rather not have the stock shift ?

If the paddle shift works ok, that's all you need.
I only also have the stick shift because my paddles are for Kliktronic, be stuck if it failed.
