Anything else I need to send in with IVA forms?

Evening all, hopefully a simple question but what exactly do I need to post off with my IVA forms
So far I know I have to post the following

- IVA forms
- photos
- photocopies of receipts

I also have a form called "individual vehicle approval - amateur built declaration"
Do I need to send this with the forms?

Also when I wrote off to DVLA for my chassis number they gave me a form for proof of the vin number has been stamped or embossed on the chassis framework to which a dealer has to sign, do I need to send this to vosa or DVLA when applying for my registration?

I also got at the same time another form from DVLA called a "built up vehicle inspection report" or a v627/1, again do I send this to vosa or DVLA

Any help is gratefully received

Cheers Greg

You definitely need the Amateur Build Declaration if this is not approved then = fall over at the first hurdle. To help prove this is an amateur build you are best to have pictures of the car in the workshop being built by you. Also a picture of your workshop in relation to your house if possible.

Build up inspection is a DVLA form not a VOSA form so you will need this after IVA.
I never applied for a serial number this was supplied by Sylva Autokits, I guess if you scratch build that is necessary. A lot of people seam to make up their own, but if you happen to choose one that has been used already then that is when you are in trouble. It has to either be stamped on the chassis or a plate seam welded all the way round.

The form about the VIN No I guess you take with you to the IVA inspection.
