Keep badgering them otherwise they'll drag it out. Then they'll loose your forms and then find them again etc. if you don't hear anything within the week worth ringing to make sure they've got them

I posted my forms on a Saturday morning, recorded delivery and got a phone call from vosa on the Monday afternoon to make payment, then I had a further pho call on the Thursday of the same week to book a test date, maybe I was lucky!
