How many of us have used a Brake Bias Mechanism?

Hopefully - there should be some option for everyone...

I've bought one but not fitted it yet...after today on the track I might not bother....brakes were great - got 4 pots on the front and sierra calipers on the back, balance seemed fine to me

I have a Fiat Uno bias valve, at the moment it is screwed all the way in (no bias) and the rear wheels do lock up before the fronts - just.

I will set it best I can before the SVA and then fit a roll pin at the SVA itself once the examiner is satisfied

I haven't used either a valve or a mechanical system, and I have a CEC which answer should I give?

By the way my brakes seem pretty good

Ive used a Sierra master cylinder m16 callipers and 3/4 rear cylinders , the brake balance is fine . i had no SVA problem and find that the fronts always lock up first.

BEC = Bike Engined Car

CEC = Car Engined Car

CEC no bias valve but as I am only using Escort 8" Mk1 drums with 0.7" wheel cylinders I don't expect any problems -- if I do I will just fit smaller 0.625" wheel cylnders
