Ive been offered a nearly new pair of sparco 3 point harnesses for £30 & it seems a shame to refuse them, has anyone use these on their car, how & where did they mount them,

the chest straps look long enough to remove the centre strap & put a buckle on each chest strap (converting them to 4 point) this would need new stitching, has anyone done this before

You may as well get some string and knit yourself a set of belts. Why not just use them as they are? There's nothing wrong with 3 point harnesses.
