I just sent a V62 in Feb, recorded delivery.

Oh and sorry about the irreplaceable supporting documentation you sent (no i didn't I sent copies).
Cancel the cheque you sent, just in case we cash it anyway!


The only consolation was the operative I spoke to gave me their "personal address and contact" so if the next one fails I can be more personal with the abuse.

Chase them, they did at least respond to me once the case was lodged
