Im in the process of booking my iva test.

What do I need to send with the application forms? It states receipts (can these be copy's) is it only the major components?

Build photos? How many and what of?

I need to get the age of my engine from Mazda? Has anybody done this? If so how? I know the reg of the vehicle it came out of.

If I want an age related plate, what do I need to provide?

Copies are ok, make sure you sign them “certified copies”...
Send pictures, I sent about 30 of various stages of the build, inc vin stamp abd engine No:
My proof of age for the engine was an HPI report with destruction date along with pictures of the VIN plate, reg and engine number. It all matched, didn’t need a letter.
