Just filling in Iva form and remember some people having issues with manufacturer on vin plate not matching with the firms, but I can’t see where on the forms that it asks for the manufacturer only thing I can think of is the make and model on the form?

Iv stated on the form -
Make - Haynes
Model - roadster

But on my vin Iv put my name as manufacturer

So where on forms do I state the manufacturer?
