Hi,

for my build I am using the seats that were in the car in it's previous life. These are Cobra Cubs with headrests. It's wifey's car and she likes them so that's it.
However, the headrest height will not pas BIVA. Despite this they suit us well as neither of us is tall. I am thinking of making a pair of taller headrests to meet the regs, patterned after the originals. I know they will look "odd" but they may "fall off" after use.
Does anyone see any issues with this?

Nope, so long as they pass the test. There will be quite a few things suddenly falling off mine right after the test, I blame the builder...
