when was the SVA manual last updated? and was it an update that included bits pertinent to kit cars or just in the ESVA section thats not relevant to us?

just searched and it appears it was April 2004 does anyone know if the update is still available to download FOC?

You can dl the update from Hellfires website AFAIK.

Can anyone quote the ISBN number for the up to date version?

Wouldn't be a lot of use to you - the only source is the DVLA (possibly a Crown Stationery shop - and there's not many of them around!).
