Just wondering what to put for date of manufacture on Q11 of the SVA form?

I put 2004 on mine last year,as it didmt specify the donor age i thought this would be correct.

At SVA they correct anything they see as wrong for you on the forms.

Your local DVLA bod should point out/correct any errors as well (mine did).
