Don't really understand the bible on this one. Do my mirrors have to auto-reset if they are inside the "wheelplan" of the car? I guess not but don't know!

AFAIK no they dont. If they are inside the wheel plan they dont have to be the type that spring back....from what i understand anyway.

No - the 7-style cars are excluded from the mirror rule (on the grounds that if a pedestrian hits the mirror, they're already in trouble!)
