Under dash

How much of the area under the dash do you need to cover for SVA?

How permenant does it need to be?

Any help appreciated!

everthing must look perminant, for obvious reasons! they intend it to BE perminant!!!

i believe the full lower edge must be covered. not sure about stuff further underneath.

I have edging for the bottom edge, but I have a battery switch and a wood section I have rounded off which mounts all the wiring and fuses etc etc.

Does this need to be all covered up?

The underside of the dash being uncovered was a failure point at my SVA, due to 'sharp' edges on the fuse box under the dash.

It passed after I fitted an MDF panel that covered the whole exposed area from dash to underside of rail 'P' in Ron'speak.

Cheers,

Colin

Interesting, might do that, would make it tidier anyway.

Have people covered the ends of their shocks at the front?
