Suspension brackets

Do the brackets for the wishbones and coil overs need to be radiused on the front edges. By this i mean on the 3mm thickness part of the bracket and not the face thats already radiused at 20mm.
Hope you understand my explanation.
As its only 3mm thick material you can only put on a max 3mm radius.

Yes, use some small rubber edging and glue on. With SVA it's better to go way over the top than not enough!! Radius everything!

I doubt it. They wouldn't be contactable with his sphere (if he uses one).

even though the front ones were behind the bulge on Shorties car and therefore out of range (so to speak) theSVA guy was still concerned but did not fail the car.

Best be safe than sorry.

I think i'll just give them a dress up with a file to be on the safe side.
Yhanks for the quick replies lads.

Whilst agreeing with the sentiment to not upset the inspector it's also worth bearing in mind that the manual states that on cycle winged cars the test with the 100mm sphere should only be applied from the front of the vehicle.

yes, and with nut covers on the bolts, the sphere should be held far enough away from the brackets (I think!)
