ive failed my sva with a few things to sort not a problem then rebook in and £30 lighter in my pocket should sort it.

But how do i go about getting registered to be on road i have no logbook but i have reciepts to say all car is new inc carbs. and the prop engine axle and gearbox are reconditioned
