is it necessary to have sliders under the seats ?
Is there a SVA's rule for the seat sliders ?

not required for SVA, mine are just fixed straight to the floor.

Rich.

I find it easier to get in and out with the seat slid back. I suppose I could fit a smaller steering wheel.

I had some fitted to my car for SVA but found I was looking at the top edge of the windscreen when driving.

In other words I was sat too high. I have since removed them and the seats are now bolted directly to the floor.

I'd sell them to you if you were interested?? Let me know on the U2U if you want them.

Jag

I have some, but my problem is to know if I can remove them for the SVA, because the height of the seat bells attachements is only 430 mm for the moment (and it has to be 450 mm)

thank you

I ended up removing mine as it lowered the seat which was too high (Cobra 7s). I left the passenger side fitted on sliders so I can move it forward to store stuff behind it.
