other than having fluid warning level is there anything else that applies to the Brake reservoirs to make them SVA compliant.

apart from them being transparant,having a low level warning light,the hoses to the master cyl need to be the right ones and marked,raldes etc do them

You also have to have the hoses securely attached.
Hose clip or sumat.
