It looks to me like the nuts below the mirror and at the end of the stalk will need covering (heatshrink?).

The other thing that comes to mind is the visible mirror width/height/area - can't tell from the scale of the photo how big they are, so you should check

I dont know how correct he is but
I spoke to a friend about using mirrors fitted with indicators, I dont know if hes correct but His response was "they would not be classed as front indicators (too far away from the front) nor side indicators ( cant see enough of them from the side)"

As Humbug said the nuts would need to be covered.

Theirs go round the end of the mirror casing not just on the front like bike mirrors.

Sorry, was assuming the bike ones did the same
