whats the script with this - told this morning that "Adrian Flux" will only insure for 30days on Chassis and no refund if you don't
supply reg.
That gives 30days to get MOT / SVA & retest then convert MAC to Reg. is this possible?
Hi mate,
This often gives people problems, I had exactly the same problem as I went on holiday straight after SVA and before reg.
I gave them a call and explained the situation and to be honest they were very helpful and extended cover for a couple of weeks.
HTH,
Rich.
Anyone know if there is much change between different companies?? or are they all pretty much 30 days regardless??? Cheers Oli.

Wait till you get a date for your SVA, book an MOT just before this as close as possible. Then get insured on the day of the MOT, then you should have enough time for MOT, SVA and retest, and then get the Reg sorted.
When I spoke to SureTerm They were happy to insure a part built car on a chassis number. Not sure if that means you have to have the official dvla number or just the one you make up.
OK i'll have a look at sureterm
