Last year sometime I distinctly remember reading a post on here (Ithink) that contained a copy of a letter from the chief honcho at DVLA regarding the MOT/3year rule.
I have just spent an hour searching for it and can't find it!!!
Anyone remember who posted it?
I have a feeling it was something to do with one of the manufacturers...maybe mac#1

I think it was from Chris Woodward who had a crusade on at the time with support from mac1.
Cant remember his username though.
