What do you reckon to these Locost trackrod end covers?
They are rubber gaitors as used in your tin top to get the wiring from the car to the inside of the door, They are very tough and durable and of a
material as used by major car manufacturers.
Cheers
Steve.
Exactly what I used - no problem at SVA. I also put on drilled-out rubber stoppers over the end of the track rod.

i was going to put some pipe lagging foam around them and get my mum to make me some covers from seat vinyl to go around them
Humbug, Great minds eh?
I used a piece of water hose slit lengthways and held on with cable ties which 'fell off' a few days later. Those ideas look nice and neat though for something you're going to leave on.
